Benjamin holds a Bachelor of Science from UWA, majoring in Civil Engineering with a second major in Finance. He has experience in engineering, supporting tender processes and conducting research, as well as risk management and business consultancy. Ben also has extensive experience in digital marketing, coordinating community engagement and driving successful online campaigns for various projects.

Negar is a highly experienced researcher and PhD candidate at the Nutrition and Health Innovation Research Institute, specialising in innovative healthcare and nutrition. She brings deep technical knowledge and a strong research background to her role at Evolv3, where she supports clients in interpreting and documenting their R&D activities, contributing to confident and successful outcomes. Her ability to translate complex scientific work is highly valued by clients across the health and nutrition sectors.

Rebekah Fox is a finance and operations leader with extensive experience across tech, production, and education. She has served in senior roles including General Manager and Financial Controller, driving governance, reporting, and business performance. Rebekah is skilled in people management, financial systems, and strategic planning across hybrid and international teams. She is also a member of the R&D Tax Advisors Association, reflecting her commitment to best practices and ongoing engagement with Australia’s innovation and tax advisory landscape.

Tim has over 25 years extensive experience in taxation and accounting applications within public practice, Upstream Oil and Gas, Mining, Engineering & Construction industries. He has worked in Australia (Perth) and UK (London and Aberdeen) and has experience with financial management, corporate tax, indirect taxes, transfer pricing and R&D tax incentives. He has worked for a number of large multinational companies and in a variety of taxation specialities. With respect to Australian R&D tax incentives he was General Manager Tax Advisory for R&D tax incentive provider for over 2 years and has considerable experience within the industry. Tim is also a member of the R&D Tax Advisors Association.

Caitlin is a student who has experience in early-stage ventures working with founders as they enhance their strategic clarity, direction and growth potential. Caitlin also aids in the development of the WA Innovation Calendar, a valued resource within Western Australia’s innovation community, which is designed to help innovators of any size or industry access as much knowledge as they can on events, funds and programs.

Oscar is an R&D Tax Agent with over a decade of experience working with businesses across a range of industry sectors including resources, agriculture, food, tech and robotics. Oscar has held various positions as an R&D Tax Specialist and R&D Tax Agent, and co-founded a boutique R&D tax firm. For over 8 years, he was a member of the WA State Reference Group administered by the ATO and AusIndustry (now the Department of Industry, Science and Resources) and is a current member of the R&D Tax Advisors Association. Oscar assists clients by efficiently identifying relevant activities within R&D projects, preparing critical documentation, providing proactive R&D tax advice, and defending ATO audits and DISR compliance actions.

Raj Chaudhary is a strategic advisor in innovation and research commercialisation, with a PhD in nanobiotechnology and a background across life sciences, clean energy, software, and advanced manufacturing. He specialises in translating complex R&D into funding-ready, commercially viable solutions, supporting teams from early-stage discovery through to scale-up. Raj brings expertise in research strategy, policy alignment, and cross-sector collaboration, and is known for distilling technical complexity into clear, actionable insight that delivers real-world impact.

Jay is a Biomedical Science graduate from the University of Western Australia. Jay gained great experience working as an undergraduate in one of the largest R&D tax incentives teams in Western Australia before joining Evolv3 as the first R&D Consultant. Jay also works as an Investment Analyst for a global Web-3 entity based in Singapore. In his spare time, Jay works on NFT's projects as a marketing expert and project advisor across numerous blockchains - having successfully launched multiple projects himself. With his biomedical science and management background, in addition to his passion for blockchain and Web-3 ventures, Jay is an invaluable member of the Evolv3 team, helping our clients with their R&D management processes and R&D tax claims.

Karen is a Chartered Accountant who brings a highly developed accounting skill set to the Evolv3 team. She specialises in optimising client financial reporting for R&D tax claims and producing high-quality financial documentation critical to successful outcomes. Karen’s expertise spans the improvement of accounting, statutory, and reporting practices for businesses of all sizes. Her previous roles include Chief Financial Officer/Financial Controller, in managerial reporting, due diligence for ASX listing, setting up financial accounts plus corporate governance for new companies and statutory/ASX financial accounting for both private and publicly listed companies.

Peter Arbuckle is an EMDG consultant who has specialised in the EMDG scheme since 1994, beginning as a Senior Investigations Officer at Austrade before establishing his own advisory practice focused on personalised client service. Peter is also a registered R&D Tax Agent and has been providing R&D tax incentive advisory services for over 15 years. He is also a board member of the Export Chamber of Australia Inc, where he represents the interests of EMDG advisors and their clients, and the R&D Tax Advisors Association.

Shawn is an engineering specialist that has a long history working with complex systems, developing new concepts and innovative technologies. He has significant experience in resources, conventional and renewable energy, petrochemical industry and agriculture. His positions have included mechanical engineer, project manager, director and founder for innovative companies and major industrial construction projects across Australia and internationally. Shawn brings a valuable understanding of engineering, funding strategy development and financing and corporate governance, alongside his hands-on experience working with a collection of different industries through the execution of successful research and development projects and innovation commercialisation.
